When shipping packages, notify SOSA WIGS when your shipment has been delivered.

Make sure each package is labeled with the first and last name used on the order.

Processing Time Policy

Due to the production of our products, our processing time differs for each product or service. Please refer to the description under each service or product for the processing time.

Processing time are estimates and may vary slightly depending on production volume.

Orders that include multiple wig services may require an additional 1-3 business days for completion.

Shipping Time Policy

All orders will be shipped via UPS ground shipping. Delivery time may take up to 1–4 business days for domestic orders once they have been dispatched.

For security purposes, SOSA WIGS may require signature confirmation upon delivery for certain orders, including first time purchases.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Keep in mind that shipping time and processing time are not the same. To get an idea of when your unit will arrive, combine the processing and shipping time.

Shipping and Billing Address

If the shipping and billing address are not the same for a wig purchase, the customer will be asked for additional information to confirm the purchase—a copy of your ID and the card used to make the purchase.

Shipping Issues

Once an order has been shipped, SOSA WIGS is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the shipping carrier. Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. SOSA WIGS is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
