These variations are not considered defects.

Once a wig has been worn, altered, installed, cut, or styled, it is considered accepted by the customer and will not be eligible for return or exchange unless the item is confirmed to be defective.

Orders and Payments

If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

Custom and Pre-Order Units

Overview

Certain products offered by Sosa Wigs are custom-made and available through pre-order. These units are made specifically for each customer and are subject to the following terms.

Production & Timelines

Custom units may require additional production time depending on order volume and availability of materials. Estimated timelines are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. Sosa Wigs is not liable for delays caused by material availability or other circumstances outside of our control.

Inspection & Issue Reporting

Please inspect all custom pre-order units upon arrival for accuracy or defects. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of the carrier’s delivery date. Communications received after the 48-hour grace period will not be reviewed and will be automatically denied.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for submitting accurate order details, including head measurements and customization specifications. We are not responsible for incorrect information provided during the order process. Orders produced based on customer-submitted details are not eligible for remakes or corrections.

Custom Color Policy

We will make every effort to match your selected color as closely as possible to your reference photo. However, exact color matches cannot be guaranteed. All units are hand-colored, and slight variations are a normal part of the coloring process. Variations may also occur due to differences in lighting and screen displays. Color variation is not grounds for a refund or exchange.

Cancellations & Refunds

Because custom units are made specifically for each customer, orders are not eligible for cancellations or refunds once production has begun. All custom pre-order purchases are final sale.

Wig Services

Service Overview

Wig services include wig construction, wig revamp, closure replacements, and wig reconstruction.

Final Sale Policy

Customer Responsibility

We are not responsible for incorrect information provided by the customer, including head measurements. If inaccurate measurements are submitted, we are not responsible for any adjustments, remakes, or corrections needed as a result.

Measurement Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing correct head measurements when ordering wigs that require sizing.

Sosa Wigs is not responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

Customers are encouraged to measure carefully and review sizing information before placing an order.

Install Disclaimer

Sosa Wigs is not responsible for the outcome of wig installations performed by third-party stylists or individuals.

Once a wig has been cut, customized, glued, sewn, or otherwise altered during installation, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Customers should inspect their wig thoroughly before installation to ensure it meets their expectations.

Shipping

Orders are processed within the timeframe listed on the website or product listing.

Once a package has been shipped, Sosa Wigs is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Customers must ensure that their shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase.

Sosa Wigs is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but are lost or stolen afterward.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of wigs and hair products, all sales may be considered final unless otherwise stated.

Returns may only be considered if the wig is:

• Unworn

• Unaltered

• Lace not cut

• Returned in original condition and packaging

Sosa Wigs reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
